Find your way back to clarity, steadiness, and aligned movement
—without pressure or overwhelm
Trauma-informed life coaching for Black women and the BIPOC diaspora navigating burnout, transition, and meaningful change. Move through seasons of Rest, Reconnect, and Rise with steady, culturally rooted support designed to meet you where you are.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT TODAY
If you’ve been navigating burnout, transition, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, you’re not alone.
There are seasons in life when things feel unclear or heavy — and others when clarity begins to return.
You don’t have to solve everything right now.
You just need a place to begin.

Three Seasons of Sikhona
Sikhona recognizes Rest, Reconnect, and Rise as seasons — natural rhythms we move through over time rather than fixed stages or identities, especially during periods of burnout, transition, or personal growth. Each season offers a different kind of support.
Rest
A season of restoration and steadiness.
When you’ve been holding too much for too long, this season creates space to soften urgency and rebuild clarity without pressure.
Reconnect
A season of listening inward and realigning.
As clarity begins to surface, this season supports deeper self-trust — helping you reconnect with your values, your voice, and what feels true for you now.
Rise
A season of grounded, aligned movement.
When insight is present, this season supports you in translating awareness into lived action — through boundaries, decisions, and leadership that feels steady rather than forced.
HOW SIKHONA SUPPORTS YOU
This trauma-informed coaching approach supports women navigating burnout, life transitions, and the need for deeper clarity.
What this work actually looks like:
Guided conversations that help you hear yourself more clearly
A steady pace that supports your nervous system, not overwhelms it
Simple, grounded tools and practices to help you integrate what you’re learning into daily life
Gentle support and accountability that encourage forward movement—without pressure or urgency
This is not about fixing who you are. You are not broken — you’re moving through a season. It’s about creating the conditions where clarity, alignment, and self-trust can unfold in ways that feel sustainable.
MEET GABRIELLE
I’m a trauma-informed life coach and facilitator supporting Black women and the BIPOC diaspora as they navigate burnout, life transitions, and personal transformation.
At the heart of my work is the understanding that growth doesn’t happen through pressure, but through presence, safety, and the right kind of support.
I guide clients through seasons of rest, reconnection, and aligned movement — supporting them in building clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change in ways that feel grounded rather than forced.
My approach blends reflective dialogue, nervous-system awareness, and practical integration tools — supporting both inner awareness and real-life shifts.
This work is shaped not only by my professional training, but by my own lived experience of learning how to slow down, listen inward, and move through change in a more grounded way.
Over the past decade, I’ve supported individuals and communities through seasons of transition — creating spaces where healing and forward movement can exist together, without urgency.
